Once you can connect successfully to the Internet with Juno, you will no longer need to use Netscape to get online. If you choose, you can cancel their service, thus saving yourself at least $10 per month!

Cancelling Netscape

Members can cancel over the phone or by mail.

  1. Call the number and follow the instructions to cancel your membership. A representative should be able to cancel your account within a few minutes.
  2. Ask that a confirmation of your cancellation be faxed or mailed to your home address.
