Using the Refresh / Reload Button The more you surf, the more you may notice that sometimes Web pages don't come up completely. Sometimes they don't come up at all. If your Web browser is having trouble connecting to a Web site's server, you may encounter these kinds of problems. If this happens to you, click the Refresh button (in Internet Explorer) or the Reload button (in Netscape) to attempt to bring the page up again.
Note: If the Web site you are trying to visit is down or inaccessible, clicking on the Refresh or Reload button will not solve the problem. In this case, you may want to contact the administrator for that site, if possible. Most Web administrators will fix pages with problems fairly quickly.
