I cannot create a Juno account because the email address I want is already in use (Juno 5.0) It is possible that someone may already have the email address you select. Every Juno email address is unique to the member who originally created that account, and while two addresses can be similar, they cannot be identical. If the email address you want is already in use, you will need to select a different user name. When the Email Address screen appears again, you can accept Juno's suggestion for a user name (which is definitely available) or you can try another user name. Try altering the name slightly, perhaps by adding a number at the end of the name. If you are attempting to import an existing account onto a different computer, please make sure you clicked Import Account in the Welcome to Juno window, not Create Account.
