I signed up for Juno Platinum and submitted my credit card information, but I cannot use the new features of the service I signed up for (Juno 5.0)

Your new service should take effect within two hours of your signing up. (It will usually take effect immediately; two hours is the outside time limit.)

To make use of the service, you need to use Juno 2.0 or higher. Juno's Free Internet Access requires version 4.0 or higher.

You can download the software, or you can install it from the CD-ROM shipped to you automatically after you sign up. If you need to upgrade before you can make use of the service, click Get New Mail once you have installed the new version. This connection allows the Juno software on your computer to recognize that the new service has been activated.

To determine which version of Juno is installed on your computer:

1. Open Juno
2. Go to the Help menu and select About Juno.
