When I check my Juno Email on the Web, I get messages with "Fetchmail oversized-messages warning" in the Subject line (Juno 5.0) These messages indicate that you have mail waiting for you on Juno's server that exceeds the size that can be handled by Email on the Web. Email on the Web has a 2 MB size restriction on each email message. These messages are harmless, but can be annoying because you will get them every time you get new mail. To remove the large piece of mail on Juno's server (and thereby stop receiving the "Fetchmail oversized-messages warning" message), just check for your new mail using the Juno software. Because of the mail's large size, you will notice that it takes a long time to download. If the mail is so large that your connection times out before you successfully retrieve the message, consider trying to use a faster connection to retrieve the mail. Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve your mail for you or delete it from Juno's servers. If you run into this problem, we highly recommend finding a faster connection to get the large piece of mail causing the problem. If you or someone you know has a high-speed connection at work or home, such as DSL, or is connected to a local area network (LAN), consider installing the Juno software there temporarily (go to my.juno.com/s/download) so you can import your account and retrieve the oversized message. Once you download the large piece of mail successfully through the Juno software, you will no longer receive this message when you use Email on the Web.
