I accidentally sent a message to the Junk Mail folder.

Note:If you're using Juno's new Message Center, please click here.

If you accidentally sent a message to the Junk Mail folder, or if a message automatically sent there is not Junk, you can retrieve it.

  1. Log in to Email on the Web.
  2. Open the Junk Mail folder.
  3. Check the box next to the message that isn't Junk Mail, and click the Not Junk button.
  4. Click on Confirm.

This will automatically move the selected message to Inbox.
